The Great Sutter Creek Duck Race is thrilled to again be in partnership with our local merchants, to make this really fun event a success. You can watch these oversized ducks, meander down the creek to the finish line. Merchants purchase their OVERSIZED ducks for $50 and decorate them any way they wish. They are then launched for the race at 11:00 am. 1st Place - Full Page Black & White Ad in the Ledger Dispatch. 2nd Place - Half Page Black & White Ad in the Ledger Dispatch. 3rd Place - $50 Cash Other Awards Are: Most Likely To Sink Best Paint Job Best Dressed

Sorry...there's no helping of the ducks!	Each duck has it's own style of racing. By the way....flotation devices are illegal.

Some just take their time, enjoying the sceenery.	It's a mad dash to the finish!

It's a frenzy to the end! Another long tough race comes to a close.
