Contest and Race

The Great Sutter Creek Duck Race is proud to present the Ugly Duckling Contest and Race. In these events, children will create their own vision of a duckling. These creations may be made at home or on race day at the Ugly Duckling Booth. Ugly Duckling contestants will compete for beauty prizes, ugly prizes and funny prizes and much more. This competition will be followed by the Ugly Duckling Race with special awards for the fastest and slowest Ugly Duckling. There is a nomial fee at the Ugly Duckling Booth. Supplies are on hand to make your duck. Prizes will vary from year to year....but are always good!
