Artist Information

12' x 12' Booth Space $50.00

Set up time is 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Event opens promptly at 9:00.

Closes at 5:00

No booths can be removed before 5:00

Artist must provide their own supplies...tables, chairs, canopies, etc.

All artists who wish to purchase a booth space for the day must FIRST FILL OUT AN APPLICATION and mail it in with the required amount of sample photos of their work, along with the booth fee of $50
(refundable if artwork is not choosen for the event)
and a self addressed, stamped envelope if they wish
to have their sample photos returned.

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be mailed an
Acceptance Letter with instructions and a map of the event.

Event Day, there will be a SCB&PA Booth for you to check in with & to get your booth assignment. We will be providing you with Complimentary Coffee, Water, and Snacks at check in time.
